“ACADEMY OF TEA”
That is a training with speclialization „Tea Kuypper”, intented for people with bartending experience.
The scope of training icludes:
- History of tea – the beginning;
- Types of tea classification; difference between fremented and unfermented tea;
- Learning how to brew a tea;
- Health benefits of tea and its influence on our body;
- Art Tea – the art. Of composition of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks based on white, green, red, long, black and yellow teas;
- Ways of serving tea, together with degustation and art of joining cold and hot teas in cocktails and mocktails;
Training is conducted during weekends in range of 20 hours. Training groups are usually 10 people. During training you will be shown range of presentation from tea plantation in Sri Lanka. Lectures, are conducted by tea expert, cooperating with MJF Group z Kolombo, owner ofDilmah (Great phenomenom of tea world).
“WHISKY-WHISKEY ACADEMY”
That is the bartending training, which isintented for everyone who is interested in bartending art in celtic way.
The scope of training includes:
- Interesting stories about history of alcohol focused mainly on whiskey;
- Teaching about serving cocktails;
- Fun with audienceZabawę – duration 20 minutes (2 people choosed from audience are taking part in flair using plastic botles and preparing cocktail in such way;
- Preparing cocktails based on whiskey from Scotland, Irland, USA, Canada and Japan namely: from 5 biggest world manufacturers in the world (5 participants produce 4 cocktails each together with master, in total 20 cocktails);
- Additional elemnt of training is outfit of leader- scotish outfit and celtic music;
- Special effects- burning bottles and „alive cocktails”, blue blazer, dry ice, etc. – duration 30 miutes;
Training groups are from 10 to 50 people. Participants are mixing various cocktails and after training there is possibility of receiving Grupy szkoleniowe liczą od dziesięciu do 50 osób. Uczestnicy mieszają przeróżne drinki, a po szkoleniu istnieje możliwość otrzymania drogą e-mailową przepisy z drinków przygotowanych na szkoleniu. Każdy z uczestników otrzymuje engraved on glass certificate of participation with logo of master and Bartending Training Centre.
“ACADEMY OF RUM”
Rum is something more than just an acohol from sugarcane. It is the story connected permanently to slavery ages and that story will be shown with colorful multimedial presentation.
The scope of training includes:
- Interesting stories about rum;
- Diffeences in its manufacturing and ways of serving.
- Fun with audience – participants can judge themselves the quality of served cocktail under the guidance of master;
- Preparing cocktails based on Bacardi, Hawana, Captain Morgan Pampero, Stroh and many others.
- Four of participants are preparing four cocktails each in every category together with master in total 16 cocktails;
- Duration of training is about 45-60 minutes;
“BARTENDING ACADEMY”
That is a course for amateurs.
The scope of training includes:
- Learning about bartending equipment, recognition of glass;
- Ways of decoration of cocktails;
- Basics of alcohols, mixology individually and with a team.
- Fun with audience – duration 20 minutes (2 people choosen from audience are taking part in flair with safe plastic bottles and preaparing the cocktail in such way);
- Original thematic costumes for example: monk, latino, hawai, pirate, moskal, football manager, cowboy etc. Suitable music;
- Special effects – burning bottles, „alive cocktails”, blue blazer, dry ice, etc.;
Possibility of receiving the certificates confirming participation in the course or extended version- for everyone bartending eqiupment fer example: shaker with bar scale and spoon. Duriation 2 hours with three parts.
“BONUS”
For every session I reccomend 30-40 minutes master show.
In my of we propose unusuall Master Show with precursor of that style in Poland.

- Fun with audience – duration 10 minutes (One person from audience can juggle with plastic bottles)
- Mini Academy of Mixology ,,From polish world of alcohols” (Two of participants are preparing four cocktails each together with the master in total 10)
- Special effects, burning bottles – duration 20 miutes.
- Total duriation of show is about 30-40 minutes.

- Training is intented for actual and people who want to become a bartenders aswell for people interested in bartending;
- After training graduates receive Bartending Training Centre’s certificate confirming participation in the course. There is possibility of reciving certificate in English version.

- training is designed mainly for people working as a bartender, which are interested in enhancing their proffesional. Offer is recomended for people having uotstanding manual skills. Everyone who is interested in bartending art. Can participate in the course. That i san basic course of flair;
- After finishing the course graduates receive Bartending Training Centre’s certificate confirming participation in the course. There is a possibility of receiving certificate in English version;

WORKSHOPS “TEA KIPER”
Training recomended for schools
The scope of training includes :
- History of tea and its begining.
- Learning about brewing fermented and unfermented tea.

- Art Tea – the art. Of composition of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks based on white, green, red, oolong and black teas;
- Ways of serving tea with degustation (every possible type of tea from the best plantations on the world like real white and red tea or oolong) and art of mixing together (cold and hot) in dcocktails and mocktails (Tea soft & drinks including many of my own recipes)
BARMAN-BARISTA TRAINING
We recommend to different types of training:
- BASIC BARISTA TRAINING: 2 DAYS + TRIP TO PALARNIA
- Basic training includes neccesary basics needed to work as a barista, includes theory, practice and introduction for further devolopment needed to work as a barista.
- EXTENDED BARISTA TRAININ: 3 DAYS + TRIP TO PALARNIA
- Training includes the same subject as basic training. Extension includes extended range of organization of workplace, rules of active selling, basics of waiting in cafe and serving various types of coffee based on espresso. Training is also extended in basics of mixing coffee with alcohol and also in preparation of the most popular coffe cocktail – IRISH COFFEE
Because of usage of alcohol in above cocktail in only adults can take part in that training. Maximium 10 people groups, what gives an ability for smooth transmission of knowledge and for best practical exercises in preparing coffee. On the training equipment will be provided aswell with books and coffee, milk, sirups etc.
BARTENDING TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS FOR CATERING AND HOTEL SCHOOLS
- Duration of the training – 100 hours, one school term;
- training is conducted for 15 to 25 people groups;
- training is aimed for Catering and Hotel schools;
- the advantage of the training is big amount of practical lectures and individual attempt to every participant;
- training is carried out with usage of original bar equipment and world techniques;
- After finishing the course graduates receive Bartending Training Centre’s certificate confirming participation in the course. There is a possibility of receiving certificate in English version;
- The price contains: alcohol, vines (Congac, Brandy, Calvados, Armaninak and many others types of: whiskey, tequila, rum, grape vines and south types: Sherry and Porto and original liquers „De Kuyper” and Monin sirups);
- Practice on coffee and unique teas namely: white, red, yellow, oolong, green and black tea drinks. Many exotic fruits for garni and also proffesional glass for preparation of many types of drinks. Fizzy drinks and juices needed for drinks. Script made by Jerzy Czapla
There is a possibility to change the programme of training.
AIM AND TASKS OF TRAINING
The aim of the training is to give a clear understanding basics of techniques in bartending art., and also preparation of its participants for proffesional work in „American Drinks” bar. Main task is to give a knowledge to participants for tchem to become a proffesional barista and to make it easier to start working as a bartender. Training are constructed and focused one ease of gathering knowledge mainly on practical exercies and minimal theory.
Training id conducted by Polish Bartender Master – Jerzy Czapla, person with international permissions, having 15 years of experience in working with bars and 10 years of experience in training bartendrs, in Poland he i salso a precursor of Freestyle. Knowledge and skills of trainer are confirmed by many awards recived due to participation in many polish and international competitions.
Trainings are aimed for adults not only graduates of Catering and Hotel schools but also people working as a bartenders, which want to enhance theirs skills. However to enhance their skills they have to not only participate but also take a serious involvement in the training.
Participantas after finishing the training receive Certificate from Bartender’s Training Centre, first or second degree „Barman-Blender”, confirming their participation and successfully passing the exam. The condition to be allowed to take an exam is presene in 70% of lectures. Final exam is divided into two parts namely: practical and theoretical. Scale from 1 to 5. Receiving grade 1 participant is allowed for resit on given date and additional payment. The certificate id recived from Exam Comission due to world requirements.
